However, in many cases the contents are simply donated to charity, disposed of through rubbish clearance services or cleared by family members, often with the added expense of skips, van hire etc.
Many people are not aware of the large range of goods that we are looking for. It is not only the obvious heirlooms such as antique furniture, ornaments, gold, silver and jewellery but we are also looking for the more usual household items like books, linen, crockery, kitchenalia, old radios, toys and games, contents of garden sheds and garages, old tools and garden equipment, and there is a strong demand for vintage clothing.
We pay good prices for these items and can provide a complete service clearing everything and leaving the property clean and tidy.
What Battlesbridge can't use, we will pass on to other local charitable outlets, that way, as much as possible will be reused and recycled for the benefit of the local community.

We undertake Probate valuations. These are usually requested by a solicitor or executor of a will where the estate of the deceased is thought to be in the Inheritance Tax bracket.
We make no charge for an informal opinion of value, but if a written valuation is required then a nominal time based charge will apply.
We can offer to purchase only items which are of interest to us and leave you to arrange the clearance.
We can offer to purchase the complete contents taking care of all the packing, boxing and removal of both saleable and unwanted items leaving the property clean and tidy.
If there is no commercial value to the contents we will give you a quotation to remove and clear premises, leaving them clean and tidy.
In all cases we will make a free house call at your convenience and at all times be professional and discreet. You will be under no obligation to use our services.
