There are different levels of House Clearance

We undertake Probate valuations.  These are usually requested by a solicitor or executor of a will where the estate of the deceased is thought to be in the Inheritance Tax bracket.

We make no charge for an informal opinion of value, but if a written valuation is required then a nominal time based charge will apply. 

We can offer to purchase only items which are of interest to us and leave you to arrange the clearance.

We can offer to purchase the complete contents taking care of all the packing, boxing and removal of both saleable and unwanted items leaving the property clean and tidy.

If there is no commercial value to the contents we will give you a quotation to remove and clear premises, leaving them clean and tidy.

In all cases we will make a free house call at your convenience and at all times be professional and discreet.  You will be under no obligation to use our services.
